摘要: 为降低标签成本,增加编码容量而不增大标签的面积,提出了由多矩形缝隙环谐振 器嵌套组成的无芯片标签,通过嵌套显著减小了标签尺寸; 将标签制作在尺寸为35 mm× 35mm的F4BM-1/2 介质基板上,通过矩形缝隙环的存在和缺失表示逻辑‘1’和‘0’进行标签 编码,实现了12 bit 编码容量的无芯片标签; 在微波暗室里使用网络分析仪测试无芯片标 签的读取距离,在距离收发天线50 cm 处可以接收到正确的数据信号,仿真和测试结果取 得了很好的一致性.

Abstract:

In order to reduce the cost of conventional tags and increase their coding capacity without increasing their area,a kind of chipless tag composed of embedded multi-rectangular slot rings is proposed,whose dimension is decreased obviously by embedding.Then,the chipless tag of a twelve-bit code capacity is fabricated on a 35mm× 35mm F4BM-1/2.Coding is realized on the basis of the presence or absence of the rectangular slot ring.The presence is indicated as logical“1”and the absence is indicated as logical“0".Finally,the reading distance of the proposed chipless tag is measured by using a network analyzer in a microwaved anechoic chamber and correct data signals can be received at a distance of 50 cm from transmitting and receiving antennas.The simulation results on the proposed chipless tag of a twelve-bit coding capacity accord well with the examination ones.
