导叶可调式液力变矩器导轮特性研究

摘要: 液力变矩器内部流动复杂,是非定常、不可压缩、三维、黏性流体的流动. 可调式液力变矩器在三元件变矩器基础上增加可调导轮. 在可调式液力变矩器可调导轮导叶存在多个开度的基础上,建立不同开度下的变矩器全流道模型;采用分离式求解器、SIMPLE算法及大涡模拟湍流模型对变矩器内部流动进行数值模拟. 基于变矩器内部流场数值模拟结果,分析其流动特性,研究导轮的工作特性,得到固定导轮与可调导轮的作用,可为可调式液力变矩器性能改善和导叶的设计提供参考.

Abstract:

The flows in hydrodynamic torque converters are complicated,inconstant,incompressible,three-dimen-sional and viscous.An adjustable hydrodynamic torque converter is set up by adding the adjustable guide wheels tothe torque converter with three components.In the investigation,the full port models of the torque converters withdifferent openings are constructed based on the fact that the adjustable guide vane of the hydrodynamic torque con-verter is of multiple openings.Then,the internal flow of the torque converter is simulated by means of the segrega-ted solver,the SIMPLE algorithm and the large eddy simulation (LES) turbulence model.Based on the simulationresults,both the flow characteristics of the internal flow field and the working characteristics of the guide wheels areanalyzed.Thus,the roles of adjustable and fixed guide wheels are acquired,which can provide guidance for impro-ving the performance of the adjustable hydrodynamic torque converter as well as for designing guide vanes.
