摘要: 以 Ferrari1302 膜材为对象开展试验,首先进行了单轴循环拉伸试验,然后采用自主研发的多功能薄膜双轴拉伸试验机进行多比例加载下的双轴拉伸试验,得到完整的单双轴循环试验结果.探讨了单双轴循环试验的应力应变关系及弹性模量随循环次数的变化,提出并推导了双轴耦合弹性模量的理论公式,分析了应力比对双轴耦合弹性模量的影响.研究结果与分析方法可为复杂膜结构的设计、分析及裁剪提供参考.

Abstract:

 In this paper,first,the uniaxial cyclic tensile tests of coated fabric Ferrari1302 were conducted,and a series of biaxial tensile tests with different load ratios were carried out on a self- developed multi- function biaxial tensile tester,with detailed uniaxial and biaxial cyclic tension results being obtained.Then,the stress- strain relationship and elastic moduli of the membrane material at different cycle numbers were discussed according to the test results.Moreover,the theoretical formulas of biaxial coupling elastic modulus were deducted,and the influence of stress ratio on the coupling elastic modulus was discussed.The presented work and procedure provide references for the practical design,analysis and pattern cutting of membrane structures.
