摘要: 针对工程优化设计通常需要完成大规模的数值计算且耗时过长的问题,提出了网格环境中基于近似函数的注塑翘曲优化网格算法.该算法借助于Kriging建模技术,利用网格中闲置的计算能力,实现网格资源的高效协同与共享.在详细介绍了该算法的原理和执行流程的基础上,通过对一手机壳上面板的优化设计,验证了所提出的网格优化算法的高效性和合理性.

Abstract:

In order to integrate the massive idle resources to solve the large-scale numerical problems and to save the time for engineering optimization design, this paper proposes a grid algorithm based on the approximate function for injection warpage optimization. By employing the Kriging surrogate function, the massive idle resources are integrated to implement the effective coordination and share of grid resources. After the introduction of the theory and execution flow of the proposed algorithm, the optimization design of a mobile phone cover is performed, the results verifying the effectiveness and rationality of the algorithm.
