Effect of Cerium on Performance of Cu -Based Zr Pillared Clay Catalyst

摘要: 采用聚合羟基复合阳离子合成交联粘土Zr-RE-PILC ( RE = Ce 、La 、Y) ,经SO42-改性后,以浸渍法制备了用于C3 H6选择性还原NO 的铜基交联粘土催化剂Cu(3% ,质量分数)/Zr-RE-PILC ,在微型反应器上考察了稀土元素La 、Ce 、Y 的引入对催化性能的影响,并采用XRD 技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,引入Ce 可以显著提高催化剂的高温活性和载体的热稳定性.当Zr/Ce 摩尔比为5 、老化温度为65℃、培烧温度为500℃时,可以合成热稳定性良好的Zr-Ce-PILC 复合交联粘土载体.采用Cu/Zr-Ce-PILC 催化剂,在反应温度为300 ℃、反应气组成为0.22% NO-0.15% C3H6-2% O2-97. 63% He 、空速为50000 mL/ (h•g) 的条件下, NO 的转化率可达65%;反应温度为500 ℃时NO 的转化率仍达22.5%.

Abstract:

The clay pillared by multi-oligomeric hydroxyl cation was used to synthesize Zr-RE-PILC (RE = Ce , La ,Y) supports , and was treated by SO42-. Then , Cu-based pillared clay catalyst Cu/Zr-RE-PILC with a Cu massfraction of 3% was prepared by means of impregnation. Moreover , the catalytic performance of Cu/Zr-RE-PILC for the selective reduction of NO by propylene in the presence of Ce , La and Y was investigated in a micro reactor.XRD was finally adopted to characterize the catalyst. The results indicate that both the catalytic activity for the selective reduction of NO and the thermal stability of the supports at a high temperature can be improved by introducing Ce in the catalyst , that Zr-Ce-PILC support with excellent thermal stability can be synthesized in a Zr/ Ce ratio ( molar ratio) of 5 at an aging temperature of 65 "C and a calcination temperature of 500 ℃ , and that , when the
feed composition is 0. 22% NO-0.15% C3 H62% O2 -97.63% He and the space velocity is 50000 mL/ (h•g)  , the NO conversion reaches 65% at a reaction temperature of 300℃, and reaches 22.5% even at a reaction temperature of 500℃ over Cu/Zr-Ce-PILC catalyst.
