蒸发式冷凝器空调系统的性能及应用

摘要: 对基于蒸发式冷凝器的空调系统进行了性能制试,发现常使在相对温度较大的远行环境下,空调系统的性能系数(COP) 仍可达3.5 左右;空气温球温度对蒸发式冷凝器的排热性能影响明显,在测试范围内,当其它控制参数不变时,混球温度每上升1 吧,排热量下降5% 左右.对票发式冷凝器及空调系统进行了交工况条件下的性能谢试,结果表明随着冷负荷的降低,系统COP 和冷凝器能效比均有所下降,但采用变风莹的远行控制策略,系纹,性能系数可提高5% 以上.通过与空冷式空调系统的比较分析,表明即使在夏热冬暖地莲,基于蒸发式冷凝器的空调系统销具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:

In this paper, a performance test of the air-conditioning system based on evaporative condenser is carried out. The results show that the coefficient of performance (COP) of the system is up to about 3. 5 even if the system runs in an ambient with high relative humidity; that the wet bulb temperature of air greatly influences the heat-emission capacity of evaporative condenser; and that, when other parameters keep constant, the heat emission decreases by about 5% per 1 ℃ increase in wet bulb temperatue.The performances of the evaporative condenser and the airconditioning system in variable working conditions are also investigated. Test results indicate that, although the COP of the system and the energy-to-efficiency ratio (EER) of 出e evaporative condenser decrease with tlIe cooling load , in the driving of induced fan with variable frequency , the COP still increases by 5%. Moreover , the comparison between the evaporative condenser and the air-cooling condenser demonstrates tlIat the air-conditioning system based on evaporative condenser is feasible in the area with hot summer and warm winter.
