微波加热及掺杂ZrO2对γ-Al2 O3→α-Al2 O3相变的影响

Efect of Microwave Heating and Doped ZrO2 on Phase Transformation from γ-Al2 O3→α-Al2 O3

摘要: 通过x射线衍射(XRD)分析比较了常规加热和微波加热促使 γ-Al2 O3→α-Al2 O3的相变工艺每件,以及微波加热对 γ-Al2 O3→α-Al2 O3相变过程的促进作用,同时研究了掺杂ZrO2对相变的影响.结果表明:与常规加热相比,微波加热能使  γ-Al2 O3 在更低温度下以更快速率向  α-Al2 O3相变;ZrO2 的存在对该相变起阻碍作用.

Abstract:

The processing conditions r the phase transformation from γ-Al2 O3to α-Al2 O3caused by the common heating and microwave heating methods were analyzed by means of X—ray diffraction,with an enhancement of phase transform ation caused by microwave heating being revealed.The efect of doped ZrO2 on the phase transform ation was also studied.It is found that,compared with the common heating,microwave heating makes the phase transtbr-marion from γ-Al2 O3to α-Al2 O3happen at a lower temperature with higher speed,and that ZrO2 hinders the phase transform ation caused by microwave heating.
