不同链长季铵盐柱撑新疆蛭石的层间结构分析

Analysis of Interlamellar Structure of Xinjiang Vermiculite Modified by Pillared Quaternary Ammonium with Diferent Chain Length

摘要: 为了研究有机物柱撑水黑云母的反应机理,选用新疆尉犁蛭石矿产出的水黑云母(金云母一蛭石间层矿物)与不同烷基链长的季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂制备出有机柱撑材料.通过x射线衍射与红外光谱进行表征分析,讨论了结晶度、电荷分布均匀性、水合阳离子及不同有机分子柱撑模式对晶层层间距的影响.结果表明:较短链长的季铵盐阳离子(C12TA+ ,C14TA+ )只与水黑云母蛭石晶层中的水合阳离子发生反应;而长链季镣盐阳离子(C16TA+ ,C18 TA+ )先同蛭石晶层的水合阳离子交换反应,再与云母晶层中的钾离子发生交换反应.

Abstract:

In order to investigate the reaction mechanism of organic pillared hydrobiotite,a hydrobiotite from Weili.Xinjiang,that is,a vermiculite-phlogopite interstratified mineral.was modified by cationic surfactants of quaternary ammonium with different alkyl chain length.The complexes were then tested by X-ray diffraction and infrared spec-trum.The effects of the crystallization degree,the uniformity of charge distribution.the surrounding hydration cat-ion and the pillaring mode of organic molecule on the interlamellar space of hydrobiotite were finallv discussed.The results show that the quaternary ammonium cations(C12TA+ ,C14TA+)with short alkyl chain only react with the hydration cation in the interlamerllar space of hydrobiotite,while those with long chain(C16TA+ ,C18 TA+ )first react with the hydration cation,then with the kalium cation in phlogopite interlayer.
