摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于台湾海峡动力环境的特点论述了集成应用我国海洋监测技术研究先进成果的台湾海峡动力环境立体监测信息服务系统监测网的构建方案；针对台湾海峡海洋动力环境立体监测网监测信息共享与服务的需求研究了海洋动力环境立体监测信息服务对象分类体系、服务层次划分、服务系统总体结构以及基于数据仓库、GIS、WebGIS 等的服务系统技术实现策略．

关键词: 台湾海峡, 海洋立体监测, 信息服务, 地理信息系统, 网络地理信息系统

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the oceanic dynamic environment of the Taiwan Straitthe construction scheme of the stereo monitoring netwhich generates the advanced achievements of oceanic dynamic environment moni - toring technology in our countrywas discussed．To meet the demands of information sharing and service of the net four details were investigatedincluding the classification system of service objectsthe division of service layersthe total structure of the service system and the technology strategy on the basis of data warehouseGISWebGIS and so on．
