抗体交联脂质体的制备

摘要: 采用超声波法制备包封色素脂质体‚并使其能与乙肝抗体蛋白交联生成具有检 测诊断功能的抗体交联脂质体.研究结果表明‚用超声波法制备出来的脂质体包封色素效 果较好‚色素包封率为0∙61%;以戊二醛为交联剂将脂质体与乙肝抗体蛋白交联后所制 备的脂质体‚采用 ELISA 法进行检测‚有活性.

Abstract: The dye-encapsulating liposome which is prepared by ultrasonic wave can be used in immunodiagnostic application after cross-linked with ant-i HbsAg antibodies.The results show that the dye-encapsulating liposomes prepared by ultrasonic wave method are circular and stable.The ratio of encapsulated-dye is0.61%.And the activity of the ant-i HbsAg antibody cross-linked liposomes in which glutaraldehyde was as crosslinker has been detected by ELISA methlod.
