摘要: 用微波辐射制备了香草醛接枝壳聚糖 ,并用IR、XRD表征了产物的结构 ,同时研究了接枝壳聚糖的吸附性能 .实验结果表明 ,用微波辐射作为加热手段 ,壳聚糖的接枝反应速度远远大于传统加热手段 .所制得的香草醛接枝壳聚糖对金属离子的吸附容量和吸附速度要优于壳聚糖 .在常温下 ,它对Cu2 + 、Ni2 + 、Zn2 + 、Pb2 + 的吸附容量分别达到1 95 5 ,1 0 7.7,1 4 3.7,97.5mg·g- 1,并且对金属离子的吸附在

Abstract: Chitosan was grafted with vanillin under microwave radiation. The product was characterized through IR and XRD and its adsorption property was investigated. The result indicated that the rate of the reaction of chitosan modification was greatly enhanced under microwave radiation. The grafted chitosan had a higher adsorption capacity and adsorption speed for metal ions than the unmodified chitosan. Under normal temperature, the former's adsorption capacities for Cu 2+ , Ni 2+ , Zn 2+ , Pb 2+ were 195.5, 107.7, 143.7, 97.5 mg·g -1 respectively, and its adsorption for metal ions could be saturated in 2 hours.
