摘要: 对过程测量因次和机理进行分析‚提出了状态空间维数的判定准则‚将独立成分 分析方法用于过程状态空间分析和获取状态变量‚探讨了确定状态空间的影响因素.仿真 案例中‚依据准则判定了状态空间维数和对应的状态变量‚准则判定结果和多变量统计结 果一致;采用独立成分分析‚确定出状态独立分量‚清晰、准确地对系统进行了描述‚证实 独立成分分析是一种有效的状态空间分析工具.

Abstract: The dimension criterion of state space is proposed from the first principles of chemical process.Independent component analysis is believed as a method which analysis process state space and gain state variables.Some factors for state space determination are also discussed.In a simulation case‚the state space dimension and the state variables have been determined on the criterion.The multivariate statistics analysis consistent to the criterion determination;the state independent component direct-viewing and effectively describe the process system and independent component analysis is proved as an effective state space analysis method.
