摘要: 研究了太阳能集热铜片和铜管的超声波缝焊机理.认为焊缝是由焊接界面金属 原子之间的相互扩散、接触峰点之间的相互熔焊及焊缝界面金属之间的机械嵌合共同作 用形成的.同时对焊接过程中材料硬度及焊接参数对拉伸强度的影响进行了试验研究.

关键词: 超声波缝焊, 摩擦振动, 原子扩散

Abstract: The mechanism of ultrasonic seam welding of copper plates and tubes for collecting solar energy was investigated. It is concluded that welding seam is formed under the jointly action of three factors: atoms permeating on the welding interface, melt welding between contacting apexes and interlock in the welding seam interface. In addition, effects of welding specimen hardness and parameters on tensile strength of welding were studied by experiments.
