矿渣微粉颗粒分布对胶凝材料性能影响的灰色系统

摘要: 应用灰色控制系统理论研究了矿渣微粉颗粒分布对胶凝材料性能的影响.以30%(质量分数)比例的矿渣微粉掺入水泥中‚测其胶砂强度和胶凝材料流动度.研究结果表明‚矿渣微粉中10~20μm 颗粒对7d 和28d 抗压强度具有最大影响度‚20~30μm 颗粒则对7d 和28d 抗折强度具有最大影响度.而10~20μm 颗粒对胶凝材料流动度的贡献最大

Abstract:  Inspection and control of the quality at rea- l time during P/M compacting process are necessary techniques for the automatization of powder metallurgy production.The relations between the density‚mass of green compact and time series model parameters based on the vibration signal of the mold system during P/M compaction are analyzed by experiments.The practicability and validity of utilizing time series model to identify the density and mass of green compact are investigated and verified.This paper presents a new approach to monitoring the quality of production at rea- l time during P/M compacting process.
