摘要: 为体现桥梁评价指标重要性的时变特点,提出一种基于时间变权模型的评估方 法. 首先,建立和型均衡函数对应的时间变权模型,并以悬索桥上部结构为例,分析可更换 构件和不可更换构件的权重随时间的变化规律. 随后,以某悬索桥为例,比较常权综合模 式、因素变权综合模式和时间 -因素双变权综合模式的评估结果,发现时间 -因素双变权 综合模式的评估结果与桥梁实际技术状况最为接近. 通过上述分析得出结论:对于可更换 构件,权重在其使用寿命末期显著提高,且表现出周期性,周期长度为其使用寿命;对于不 可更换构件,其权重有随运营年限增长而稳定增大的趋势;时间变权算法能够依据桥梁运 营时间对指标初始权重进行调整,很好地弥补了因素变权算法在应用中遇到的由于初始 权重较低导致变权效果不理想的缺点.

Abstract: To highlight time-variant characteristics of indexes for bridge assessment process,a time-dependent variable weight approach is proposed. Initially,a typical variable weight model corresponding to the sum type balance function is established. In addition, index weights of suspension bridge superstructures are taken as an example to investigate the relationships between weights of replaceable/permanent members and operation time. Then,assessment results of the constant weight model,factor-based variable weight model,and time-& factor-based variable weight model for a suspension bridge are compared with each other. The results show that the assessment result of the time-& factor-based variable weight model mostly agrees with the actual condition of the studied bridge. It is concluded that index weights of replaceable members significantly gain in the end of their lives and have a periodicity with a period of the member service life; while,index weights of permanent members gradually increase over time. The time-dependent variable weight algorithm can adjust initial weights according to bridge operation time, which makes up the drawbacks of the factor-based variable weight model where satisfactory weight adjustment is unavailable on account of the low initial index weights.
