风电场大型风机运输道路纵坡指标研究

摘要: 风电机组设备重量大、尺寸长,对运输道路有特殊要求,属于特种设备运输. 针对目前国内大型山地风电场道路路线设计无规范可依的现状,系统调查了风机运输车辆相关指标,研究了风机道路运输车辆代表车型动力性能、不同装载情况下的爬坡能力、理想最大纵坡和不限长度最大纵坡. 绘制了风机运输车辆动力性能图,计算出了代表车型在不同坡度和档位时的平衡速度,得出了不同海拔高度和装载情况下各档位的最大爬坡度,及不同装载情况下的理想最大纵坡和不限长度最大纵坡值. 最后推荐了风机运输道路各设计速度下最大纵坡一般值和极限值等设计技术指标,在实载 80 t 时最大纵坡极限值推荐为 14. 5%. 研究成果可供风机道路设计及建设参考,也可用于风机运输道路相关标准规范的制定.

Abstract:

As wind power equipment is heavy and long,it requires a special highway to transport,which belongs tospecial equipment transportation.As there is no specification for the highway alignment design of large-scale windfarms in the mountainous areas in China,the relative indexes of aerogenerator transportation vehicles are systemati-cally investigated in this paper,and a typical vehicle for aerogenerator transportation is analyzed in terms of the dy-namic performance,the grade ability under different actual loads and the ideal maximum and unlimited-length lon-gitudinal grades.Next,a dynamic performance diagram is drawn up,and the balance velocities of the typical vehi-cle on different gears and grades are calculated.Then,the maximum climbing grades at different elevations underdifferent loads are obtained,and the ideal and unlimited-length maximum longitudinal grades of the typical vehicleunder different loads are figured out.Finally,the usual and limited values of the maximum longitudinal grade arerecommended for the large-scale aerogenerator transportation at different design speeds.Specifically,the limitedvalue of the maximum longitudinal grade with an actual load of 80t is recommended to be 14.5%.The results canprovide guidance for aerogenerator transportation highway design and construction,and can also be used to formu-late standards relevant to aerogenerator transportation highways.
