摘要: 为考察时差式超声流量计的声道覆盖率、布置方式对测量结果准确性的影响,对立体声道的平面声道模型进行了特性分析,推导出不同覆盖方式下覆盖面积的计算公式、声道段总数范围的确定公式以及声道段中心线至管道横截面中心距离的计算公式,并进行平面声道模型参数的设计.实例计算结果表明,文中提出的时差式超声流量计立体声道的平面声道模型计算方法是有效的.

Abstract:

In order to reveal the effects of coverage and arrangement of ultrasonic track on the measurement accuracyof transit- time ultrasonic flowmeter,the characteristics of the 2D ultrasonic track model of 3D ultrasonic track wereanalyzed,and some formulas were deduced to calculate the coverage area in different covering modes,the numberof track segments as well as the distance between the centerlines of track segments and the center of pipe crosssec-tion,respectively.Moreover,a parameter design of the 2D ultrasonic track model was conducted.The results ofcase study indicate that the calculation method of the 2D ultrasonic track model of 3D ultrasonic track is effective.
