摘要

研究了柱塞泵滑靴卡盘和球头的相对位置.通过分析返程弹簧力,明晰了球头和滑靴卡盘的受力,推导出滑靴卡盘绕球头运动造成的摩擦功耗的数学表达式.研究表明:柱塞泵的弹簧力、球头的半径、泵的转速、斜盘倾角以及滑靴卡盘与球头之间的材料摩擦系数是影响二者摩擦功耗的重要参数.文中还对采用不同配合材料的滑靴卡盘和球头进行了摩擦实验,分析和比较了滑靴卡盘和球头这对摩擦副在不同配合材料情况下的磨损情况,为实际工况中的材料选择提供了参考.

Abstract

In this paper,the relative position between the slipper retainer and the ball guide in axial piston pumps is analyzed,and the force loading on them is clarified by analyzing the return force of spring.Moreover,a mathematical expression of the friction power loss casued by the moving of the slipper retainer around the ball guide is derived.The results show that the spring force,the radius of ball guide,the rotational speed of the pump,the swashplate angle and the friction coefficient between the slipper retainer and the ball guide are all important parameters that affect the friction power loss.In addition,based on the friction experiments on different matched pair materials applied to the slipper retainer and the ball guide,the wearing condition between the slipper retainer and the ball guide is comprehensively analyzed and compared,which provides a reference for the material selection in actual working conditions.
