摘要

介绍了一种应用热平衡原理对选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝技术中的射流混合情况进行模化试验的方法.在一台1∶10的410t/h锅炉模化试验台上,进行了喷射总流量、速度、喷嘴数目和布置方式等对混合效果影响规律的研究,并通过引入理想脱硝率的概念,定量比较出不同的混合方案所能达到的理想脱硝效果.试验结果表明,理想脱硝率随着喷射总流量的提高从47%升高到58%,提高喷射速度也可以将理想脱硝率提高8%,而采取不同喷射策略时获得的脱硝率在44%~52%之间,同时氨氮比的提高也可以显著提高理想脱硝率.

Abstract

Proposed in this paper is a heat balance-based experiment method for the modeling of SNCR(Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) injection.The experiments are carried out at a 1∶10 410t/h boiler modeling platform,by which the influences of total flowrate,flow velocity,injector number and injection strategy on the mixing effect are investigated.Moreover,the concept of ideal NOx reduction ratio is introduced to quantify the NOx reduction with different injection strategies.The results indicate that the ideal NOx reduction ratio increases from 47% to 58% with the total flowrate and increases by 8% with the flow velocity,and that it varies from 44% to 52% at different injection strategies.Moreover,it is found that ammonia/NO ratio also has a significantly positive effect on the ideal NOx reduction ratio.
