摘要

针对常用的导轨式非接触电能传输(CPT)系统传输功率和效率的优化问题,基于阻抗特性,提出了一种计算导轨式CPT系统传输功率和效率的新方法.通过分析得出了系统传输功率与磁芯等效磁阻、系统工作频率以及与原边导轨和副边线圈匝数等因素之间的关系.同时根据实际系统的传输功率要求,给出了导轨式CPT系统的一种优化设计方法,该方法通过优化系统输入电压和原、副边线圈匝数等参数,实现功率传输的优化控制,并最大限度地提高系统的效率.最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract

In order to optimize the transmission power and efficiency of the rail-type contactless power transfer(CPT) system,a new method is proposed based on the impendence character.Then,the relationships between the transmission power and such parameters as the equivalent reluctance of the magnetic core,the operation frequency of the system as well as the number of primary and the secondary coils are analyzed.Moreover,an optimized design procedure of the rail-type CPT system is presented according to the practical requirement of power transmission,which implements the optimal control of power transmission by optimizing the input voltage and the number of the primary and the secondary coils,and increases the system efficiency as high as possible.Experimental results show that the proposed method is theoretically valid and practically feasible.
