针对除雾器数值研究中欧拉 － 拉格朗日法无法预测二次携带现象对除雾性能影 响的问题，以折流板为研究对象，在欧拉 － 拉格朗日法的基础上耦合欧拉壁膜模型，建 立了一种基于二次携带现象的除雾模型; 通过实验数据比对，模型预测曲线与实验结果 一致; 利用改进后的模型在不同流速下仿真研究了叶片板间距和转折角度对除雾性能的 影响。结果表明: 转角处的液膜分离是导致高流速下除雾效率下降的主要原因; 增大板 间距和转折角度均会加剧二次携带，使临界速度下降; 在低于临界速度下，除雾效率随 板间距增大而减小，随转折角增大而增大; 在高于临界速度下，除雾效率随板间距增大 而减小，随转折角增大而减小。本模型板间距优化值取 20 mm，转折角度取 40°时，除 雾效率可提升 16. 38% ，压降降低 9. 74% 。该结果对防止除雾器二次携带及提高除雾性 能具有指导作用。

Aiming at the problem that the Euler-Lagrangian method can not predict the influence of the re-entrainment phenomenon on the demister performance in the numerical study，the study established a demister model based on re-entrainment phenomenon by taking wave-plate demister as the research object and coupling Euler Wall Film model on the basis of Euler-Lagrange method． Through the experimental data comparison，the model prediction curve is consistent with the experimental results． The effects of plate spacing and turning angle on the demisting performance were studied in different flow rates by the improved model． The results show that the liquid film separation at the corner is the main reason for the reduction of droplets removal efficiency at high flow rates; increasing the plate spacing and turning angle will aggravate the re-entrainment and decrease the critical velocity; below the critical velocity，the droplets removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the plate spacing，and increases with the increase of the turning angle; above the critical velocity，the droplets removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the plate spacing and the turning angle． The optimal value of the plate spacing and the turning angle is 20mm and 40°． In this situation，the droplets removal efficiency can be increased by 16. 38% ，and the pressure drop can be reduced by 9. 74% ． This result can be used to prevent the demister from re-entrainment phenomenon and improve the demister performance．
