鉴于有限元分析方法具有仿真精度高、可以获得滚动过程中接触应力变化和内部应力变化的优点，文中采用有限元隐式分析和显式分析相结合的方法来研究轮胎的动态特性。以 215/60R16 型号子午线轮胎为研究对象，建立了三维轮胎的有限元仿真模型，在转鼓试验机上进行冲击速度和冲击角度分别为 10km/h 和 90°、60km/h 和 45°的两组凸块冲击试验，获得轮轴中心垂向力、纵向力和侧向力响应。结果表明，仿真结果与试验结果吻合良好，验证了利用有限元分析方法预测轮胎动态特性的有效性。

The finite element analysis method has the advantage of high simulation accuracy and it can obtain the change of contact stress and internal stress during the rolling process． So the dynamic characteristics of the tire was studied by using implicit and explicit finite element analysis method in this paper． The radial tire 215/60Ｒ16 was taken as the research object and the finite element simulation model was built． The axle forces at vertical，longitu-dinal and lateral direction were obtained through cleat impact test carried out on the drum test machine under two working conditions，that is when speed is 10 km/h，impact angle is 90° and speed is 60 km/h，impact angle is 45°． The good agreement between simulation result and experiment result shows that the finite element analysis method is valid to predict the dynamic characteristic of tire．
