摘要

以一款硅油风扇离合器为研究对象,考虑不同剪切半径处硅油生热量不同,建立了计算硅油风扇离合器散热特性的有限元分析模型与解析计算模型,测量了不同转速下硅油离合器壳体表面监测点的温度,并与计算结果进行了对比,结果表明,文中建立的硅油离合器散热计算有限元模型是正确的。然后对硅油离合器进行结构改进,并对改进后的硅油离合器进行有限元分析,结果表明,改进后的结构具有更好的散热特性。

Abstract

A silicone-oil fan clutch was taken as the studying object,and the finite element and the analytical model for estimating heat dissipation of silicone-oil fan clutch was developed,considering of the heat generation changes with shear radius. The temperature of the monitoring points on the housing surface of the clutch at different rotational speeds was measured,and the measured results was compared with the simulated results. The results show that the finite element model of the heat dissipation calculation of the silicone-oil clutch is correct. Then the structure of silicone-oil fan clutch was optimized. Finite element analysis of the optimized clutch was carried out and the result indicates that the optimized structure of the clutch has better heat dissipation performance.
