摘要

为了分析多锥构型湿式摩擦元件在全油膜状态下的带排扭矩,评价多锥摩擦元件结构参数、润滑油流量、摩擦元件间隙、摩擦元件相对转速对带排扭矩的影响,建立了四种不同结构的湿式摩擦元件带排扭矩CFD分析模型,获得了润滑油流量、间隙、相对转速等条件对多锥摩擦元件间带排扭矩的影响规律。并通过仿真模型和传统模型的对比,验证了模型的可用性。

Abstract

In order to study the drag torque of wet friction element with conical configuration under the lubrication condition of full oil-film and evaluate the effects of geometric parameters, lubrication flow, oil film thickness, relative speed on drag torque, CFD models of two wet friction elements with different geometric parameters have been established. The influence of the lubrication flow, oil film thickness, and relative speed on the drag torque was obtained. The simulation model and the traditional model are analyzed to verify the availability of the simulation model.
