摘要

以自然界中含量丰富的木聚糖类半纤维素为原料,首先采用碳化 - 磺化两步法 制备了木聚糖基固体酸催化剂; 然后对催化剂催化合成苯并呫吨类化合物进行了研究,研 究了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对目标产物产率的影响; 再次,研究了木聚糖基固体 酸催化剂催化合成苯并呫吨类化合物的底物普适性; 最后,对木聚糖基固体酸催化剂的循 环使用性能进行了研究,并对木聚糖基固体酸催化剂的结构和表面形貌进行了表征. 结果 表明: 当反应温度为 90 ℃、反应时间为 2 h、催化剂用量为 40 mg 时,木聚糖基固体酸催化 剂催化合成苯并呫吨类化合物的性能达到最佳; 在文中研究所得的最佳反应条件下,木聚 糖基固体酸催化剂对催化醛类化合物、2-萘酚和环己二酮类化合物具有良好的底物普适 性; 木聚糖基固体酸催化剂在反应体系中稳定性较好,在重复使用 5 次后,其结构没有发 生明显的变化.

Abstract

Preparation has been made for the xylan-based solid acid catalyst was used in the two steps of carbonization and sulfonation. The catalyst was applied to the synthesis of benzoxanthenes. A study was conducted of the effects of the reaction temperature,time and dosage of the catalyst on the transversion. Furthermore,the universality and reusability of xylan-based solid acid catalyst were also investigated. Meanwhile,the xylan-based solid acid catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) ,Fourier transform infrared spectra ( FT-IR) and elemental analysis ( EA) . The results showed that the catalyst exhibited high catalytic performance in the synthesis of benzoxanthene and their derivatives with good yields at 90 ℃ for 2 h in the presence of xylan-based solid acid ( 40 mg) . The catalyst could be reused for several times without significant loss in its catalytic activity,indicating that the catalyst possessed excellent stability and recyclability
