利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立变电站软母线与特高压( UHV) 电气设备连接体系的有限元模型,以揭示地震作用下两者间的地震耦合效应. 通过与振动台试验的对比验证有限元模型的正确性. 提出考虑刚度的软母线位形函数及弧垂公式,对软母线连接的特高压电气设备地震响应分析,研究软母线冗余度、设备频率比、软母线几何尺寸及弹性模量对特高压设备与软母线之间地震耦合效应的影响. 计算结果表明: 软母线的刚度会增加软母线与特高压电气设备之间的地震耦合效应,这种地震耦合效应会进一步增大特高压电气设备的地震响应; 当软母线冗余度较小、软母线几何尺寸及弹性模量增大、特高压设备之间的频率比相差较大时,特高压设备与软母线之间的地震耦合效应增大.
In the investigation,by using the finite element ( FE) analysis software ANSYS,a FE model of the UHV electrical equipment with the flexible bus connection is constructed,so as to reveal the seismic coupling effect of the UHV electrical equipment and the flexible bus.Then,the correctness of the constructed FE model is verified by the shaking table tests.Moreover,a configuration function and a sag formula of the flexible bus considering stiffness are deduced,and the factors influencing the seismic coupling effect of the UHV electrical equipment with the flexible bus connection,namely,the bus-redundancy,the frequency ratio of the equipment,and the geometrical size and elastic modulus of the flexible bus,are analyzed.The calculation results show that the existence of the stiffness of the flexible bus enhances the seismic coupling effect between the flexible bus and the UHV electrical equipment,which can further? increase the earthquake response of the UHV electrical equipment,and that,smaller redundancy,greater geometrical size and higher elastic modulus of the flexible bus as well as bigger difference in the frequencies of the UHV electrical equipment will enhance the seismic coupling effect.
