摘要

采用不同的着色剂对木质素/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)复合材料进行遮色研究,结果表明,氧化铁的加入可以显著遮蔽木质素/HDPE 复合材料的黑色,从而得到红色的复合材料,但其力学性能较差. 通过添加不同的塑料助剂制备性能优良的红色复合材料并进行力学性能测试,发现添加了 1 phr 硬脂酸铝的红色复合材料的断裂拉伸应变达到102. 43%,比未添加硬脂酸铝时的断裂拉伸应变提高了一倍;熔融指数测试表明红色复合材料具有良好的流动性能;热氧老化测试表明红色复合材料具有良好的抗热分解性能;流变行为研究表明制备的红色复合材料属于假塑性流体,硬脂酸铝的加入有利于复合材料表观黏度的降低;SEM 分析表明木质素和氧化铁填料在 HDPE 相中达到了均匀分散.

Abstract

In this paper,the influence of different colorants on the color masking properties of lignin/HDPE (High- Density Polyethylene) composites was investigated,finding that the black color of lignin/HDPE composites can be effectively masked after the addition of iron oxide and that red composites with poor mechanical properties can be obtained.Then,different plastic additives were used to prepare red composites with improved mechanical proper- ties,and an elongation at break of 102. 43% was reached with the addition of 1 phr aluminium stearate,which is two times that of the composites without aluminium stearate.Melt index test results show that the molten red com- posites are of good flowing properties.Thermo-oxidative aging test results indicate that the red composites possess good thermal decomposition resistance.Rheological investigation reveals that the prepared red composites are pseu- do-plastic,with an apparent viscosity decreasing with the addition of aluminium stearate.And,SEM observation shows that lignin and iron oxide particles are homogeneously mixed in the HDPE phase.
