强振动环境对液压胶管寿命的影响

摘要

硬岩掘进机在切削岩石过程中产生振动载荷,液压胶管在振动载荷和内压共同作用下承受交变应力,当交变应力超过疲劳极限时,将发生疲劳破坏. 文中基于复合材料力学、材料力学原理建立了液压胶管的数学模型;通过仿真和实验分析了振动参数、油压和胶管结构参数对液压胶管寿命的影响. 结果表明:振动载荷激振频率接近胶管固有频率时,液压胶管的寿命最低;随着振动载荷振幅的增加,胶管寿命不断下降;中低压情况下,油压的变化对最外层钢丝的应力影响不大;液压胶管弯曲半径越大,所受应力越小.

Abstract

In the process of rock cutting using hard-rock tunnel boring machines,vibration loads may occur,and alternating stress may load on hydraulic rubber hose under the action of vibration load and internal pressure.When the alternating stress exceeds the fatigue limit,fatigue damage may occur.In this paper,on the basis of composite material mechanics and materials mechanics,a mathematical model of hydraulic rubber hose is established.Then,the effects of vibration parameters,oil pressure and hose structure parameters on the life of hose are analyzed through simulation and experiments.The results show that (1) when the excitation frequency of vibration load is close to hose's natural frequency,the hose life reaches the minimum; (2) with the increase of vibration load ampli- tude,the life of rubber hose decreases; (3) at a middle-lower pressure,the change of oil pressure has little effect on the stress loaded on steel wire; and (4) bigger bending radius of hose may result in lower stress.
