沥青填入式伸缩缝铺装与桥面铺装的界面是整个伸缩缝结构的最薄弱部位,其界面性能与伸缩缝混合料特性有较大的关系,因此,研究伸缩缝混合料的组成设计很有必要. 文中采用马歇尔试验法进行沥青填入式伸缩缝混合料的级配及油石比研究,并设计模拟伸缩缝结构的复合式小梁试件,分别采用直接拉伸试验及斜剪试验分析胶结料种类、混合料级配、温度、界面处理方式、加载速率等对界面拉伸及剪切性能的影响. 结果表明: 伸缩缝混合料的石料以单一粒径为宜,最佳油石比为25%; 应选择细集料级配,界面保持干燥、无污染和一定的粗糙度,环境温度升高、车辆荷载速度减小较易诱发界面拉伸及剪切强度的降低.
The interface of the asphalt plug expansion joint pavement and the bridge pavement is the weakest part of the structure of the expansion joint,and the interface properties have a close relationship with the mixture of the expansion joint.Therefore,it is very necessary to investigate the mixture composition design of the expansion joint.In this paper,the gradation and the optimum asphalt-to-stone proportion of the mixture of asphalt plug expansion joints are investigated by the Marshall test,and a compound trabecular specimen is designed to simulate the structure of the expansion joint.Then,by a direct tension test and an oblique shear test,the influences of the cement type,the mixture gradation,the temperature,the interface handling and the loading rate on the tensile and shear performance of the interface are analyzed.The results show that ( 1) the stone of the expansion joint mixture should be of a single particle size,and the optimum asphalt-to-stone proportion is 25%; ( 2) fine aggregate gradation,dry interface,no pollution and a certain roughness are advisable; and ( 3) the temperature rise and the vehicle loading speed decrease can reduce the tensile and shear strength of the interface more easily.
