摘要

为了提高窄缝电解加工的稳定性和定域性,提出了阴极持续直线进给与振动的复合进给方法. 基于所研制的振动频率 0 ~50 Hz、振幅 0 ~2 mm、振动波形规律可调的振动装置,开展阴极复合进给的窄缝电解加工试验. 结果表明:相比于直线进给,阴极复合进给能够显著提高加工定域性,降低窄缝缝宽;增加振动频率和振幅均有助于降低杂散腐蚀,提高窄缝加工一致性;采用阴极复合进给方法可加工出缝宽为 0. 305 mm 的不同形状的窄缝结构.

Abstract

In order to improve the stability and localization of narrow-slit electrochemical machining,a cathodic com- pound feeding mode with continuous linear feeding and vibration was proposed,and the corresponding machining experi- ments were carried out on the basis of the improved waveform-adjustable vibration system with a vibration frequency of 0 ~50Hz and with a vibration amplitude of 0 ~2mm.The results show that,(1) in comparison with linear feeding,cathodic compound feeding is more effective in improving machining localization and reducing narrow slit’s width; (2) high vibration frequency and amplitude both help reduce the stray corrosion and improve the narrow-slit machining consistency; and (3) different shapes of narrow slits with a slit width of 0.305mm can be machined out by adopting the cathodic compound feeding mode.
