为进一步降低造纸法烟草薄片废水的污染负荷，采用 Ti(Ⅳ)催化臭氧氧化法处理造纸法烟草薄片废水二级生物处理出水，考察了催化剂用量、臭氧质量浓度、pH 值和温度等工艺条件对 Ti(Ⅳ)催化臭氧处理废水效果的影响． 结果表明:Ti(Ⅳ)催化臭氧处理废水过程中，COD 降解反应符合表观二级动力学方程，Ti(Ⅳ)的存在提高了反应的动力学速率常数，对废水中有机物的降解起了重要作用;在 pH 值为 8．0，Ti(Ⅳ) 用量为0． 4mmol/L，O₃ 质量浓度为 14． 76 mg/L，反应温度 30 ℃的条件下，反应 60 min 后废水的COD 和色度去除率分别达到 67%和98%，COD 去除率比单独臭氧处理提高了 24%． 红外光谱和紫外光谱分析表明，Ti(Ⅳ)催化臭氧处理对造纸法烟草薄片废水中难生物降解的烟碱等含氮化合物和木素降解产物具有良好的降解去除效果，大大降低了处理后废水的污染负荷． XRD 分析表明，在 Ti(Ⅳ)催化臭氧处理造纸法烟草薄片废水过程中生成了TiO₂ 和碳酸钙、碳酸镁等沉淀物，增强了废水中污染物的降解去除效果．

In order to further reduce the pollution load of the wastewater from the production of tobacco sheet
through the papermaking process，the ozone oxidation catalyzed by Ti(Ⅳ) is used to treat the secondary biologically-treated effluent of paper-making tobacco sheet wastewater，and the effects of such technological conditions as catalyst dosage，ozone mass concentration，pH value and temperature on the efficiency of the wastewater treatment are investigated． The results show that (1) during the wastewater treatment through the ozone oxidation catalyzed by Ti(Ⅳ)，the COD degradation reaction conforms to the second-order kinetics equation; (2) the addition of Ti(Ⅳ) increases the kinetic rate constant of the reaction，and it plays an important role in the degradation of organic substances in the wastewater; (3) under the conditions of a pH value of 8. 0，a Ti(Ⅳ) dosage of 0. 4 mmol/L，a O₃ concentration of 14. 76 mg/L and a temperature of 30 ℃，the COD and color removal rates after a 60 min reaction respectively reach 67% and 98%; and (4) the COD removal rate is 24% higher than that through the single ozone oxidation． IR and UV spectra analyses indicate that the ozone oxidation catalyzed by Ti(Ⅳ) is effective in degrading the recalcitrant organic compounds in the paper-making tobacco sheet wastewater，which include lignin degradation products and such nitrogen compounds as nicotine，and thus greatly reduces the pollution load of the treated wastewater． XRD analysis demonstrates that the ozone oxidation catalyzed by Ti(Ⅳ) causes TiO₂ ，cal-cium carbonate and magnesium carbonate to form in the paper-making tobacco sheet wastewater，which increases the removal effect of the pollutants in the wastewater．
