中厚板宽板轧制中边浪的产生机理与抑制措施

摘要

针对中厚板生产过程中出现的边浪问题,采用高次三角函数对其浪形函数进行了描述,更好地反映了中厚板边浪未覆盖全板宽的实际情况. 在此基础上应用能量法通过解析计算获得了中厚板边浪产生的临界屈曲条件,同时比较了现场实际边浪板材的计算结果与实测数据,发现其实测的凸度大于边浪发生屈曲的临界凸度值,表明文中对于边浪的解析计算过程正确. 为了解决高次形式的边浪问题,在对边浪解析计算结果的基础上设计了六次辊形曲线,仿真结果表明其对边浪问题的控制能力有了明显提高. 此外,对机组工作辊的弯辊力制定了新的投入制度. 上述工艺改进措施在现场获得了实际应用,效果显著,验证了中厚板轧制过程边浪产生机理阐述的正确性.

Abstract

In order to solve the edge wave problem during medium plate rolling,this paper describes the wave func-tion by using a high-order trigonometric function,which better reflects the actual situation,in which the plate edgewave does not cover the whole plate width.On this basis,the critical buckling condition of the plate edge wave isobtained by utilizing an energy method to perform the analytical calculation.Meanwhile,the calculation results ofan actual edge wave plate are compared with the measured data.It is found that the measured crown is greater thanthe critical crown of the edge wave buckling occurrence,which indicates that the analytical calculation for the edgewave is correct.In order to solve the high-order edge wave problem,a roller shape curve with six items is designedbased on the analytical calculation results,finding that the ability of the proposed method to control the edge waveis obviously improved.In addition,a new input system is designed for the roll bending force.The above improve-ment measures have been adopted in practical application with a significant effect,which demonstrates the correct-ness of the edge wave generation mechanism presented in this paper.
