摘要

行人头部与风挡玻璃碰撞是人车事故导致行人受伤与死亡的主要原因之一,所以行人保护仿真分析中 PVB 夹层玻璃的有限元模型研究受到广泛关注.文中提出用一层壳单元模拟 PVB 两侧玻璃、PVB 膜片使用六面体单元的风挡玻璃等效模型化方法,并采用 LS_DYNA 仿真分析刚性冲击子与风挡玻璃的冲击破坏过程.以刚性冲击子加速度与对应实验结果的一致性程度作为评价标准,和其他 3 种风挡玻璃建模方法进行比较,确认文中提出的建模方法可以更好地再现 PVB 夹层玻璃的冲击特性.

Abstract

The pedestrian head impact with windscreen is one of the major causes for pedestrian severe injury andfatality,so that the finite element model of PVB laminated glass for pedestrian protection has become a researchhotspot.In this paper,an equivalent modeling method,which uses one layer of shell elements to simulate the twolayers of PVB glass and adopts hexahedral elements to represent the PVB interlayer,is proposed.Then,the impactdamage process of windscreen caused by rigid impactor is simulated with LS_DYNA.Finally,by taking the consis-tency between the simulated acceleration and the experimental result as the evaluation criterion,the proposed mo-deling method is compared with other three methods.It is found that the modeling method proposed in this paper re-constructs the impact properties of PVB laminated glass better.
