摘要

为了模拟夹层玻璃梁的冲击破坏过程,基于有限元中常用的内聚力模型的基本概念,提出了适用于三维球形离散单元的破坏模型. 该模型将离散单元之间的作用分为连接型、内聚型和接触型3 类.当两离散单元间满足破坏准则时,它们之间的作用由连接型变为内聚型,内聚力由离散单元之间的分开量求出. 将该破坏模型在自主开发的离散元/有限元耦合计算程序CDFP 中实现,并仿真了夹层玻璃梁的冲击破坏过程,得到了与试验结果相近的破坏形式,说明了该破坏模型和仿真分析方法的有效性.

Abstract

In order to simulate the impact fracture process of laminated glass beam,a fracture model suitable for 3Dspherical discrete elements is proposed based on the basic concept of the cohesive model commonly used in the finiteelement method ( FEM) .In this model,the interactions between two discrete elements are divided into threetypes,namely the connection,the cohesion and the contact.When the fraction meets the criterion,the interactionbetween the corresponding discrete elements changes from the connection to the cohesion,and the cohesive tractionis obtained from the opening displacement of the corresponding elements.The constructed model is then implementedin a self-developed discrete element /finite element coupling program CDFP,and the impact fracture process ofthe laminated glass beam is finally simulated.The results show that the simulated fracture mode accords well withthe experimental one,which means that the proposed fracture model and the adopted simulation method are botheffective.
