摘要: 通过分析电能质量模糊综合评价中的隶属度函数问题,提出了一种改进的隶属度函数来量化刻画电能质量评价指标各质量等级的模糊特性,从而实现更为细致的电能质量的模糊综合评价,解决了电能评价指标两质量等级之间难以建立联系和量化刻画的问题.文中首先对电能质量指标的权重、确定隶属度函数参数的指标限值及质量等级划分问题进行了分析; 然后以传统的岭形函数为基础进行改进,得到基于评价指标质量等级的隶属度函数,并对电能质量的各项评价指标建立了模糊模型; 最后运用所设计的算法对某地区的电能质量数据进行评价,结果验证了文中方法的实用性和有效性.

Abstract:

In order to improve the accuracy of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of power quality and to contact and quantify each grades of the power quality index,the membership function employed in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is analyzed,and an improved membership function is proposed to quantify the fuzzy characteristics that reflect the grades of the power quality index. In the investigation,first,the weight of the power quality index,the index limit for determining the parameters of the membership function and the division of quality grades are all analyzed. Then,the traditional ridge-shaped function is improved to construct an improved membership function based on the quality grades,and the fuzzy models of power quality indexes are established. The proposed method is finally applied to the evaluation of power quality of a regional power grid,with its practicability and effectiveness being verified by the results.
