摘要: 针对装有分体式双转子电机的混合动力汽车传动系统的结构,考虑主、副电机的机械耦合关系,建立了分体式双转子电机的数学模型.利用直接转矩控制方法对分体式双转子电机的主、副电机分别进行转速差和转矩差控制.通过Matlab /Simulink 建立仿真模型并进行仿真.仿真结果表明,主、副电机能够根据内燃机和负载的转矩变化进行转矩合成控制,同时主电机的内转子转速能跟踪发动机转速,副电机转速能跟踪负载转速,实际车速能跟踪目标车速.

Abstract:

According to the transmission structure of system the hybrid electric vehicle with split dual-rotor motor and by taking into consideration the mechanical coupling between the primary motor and the secondary motor,the mathematical model of the split dual-rotor motor is established. Then,the speed differential and torque differential of the primary and the secondary motors are respectively controlled by using the direct torque control method. Moreover,a simulation model is established with Matlab /Simulink and the corresponding simulation is performed,and the results show that the primary and the secondary motors can achieve torque synthesis control according to the torque change of the combustion engine and the load,at the same time,the inner rotor speed of the primary motor,the secondary motor speed and the actual speed can respectively track the engine speed,the load speed and the target speed well.
