摘要: 以厚度为10mm的7022铝合金为对象进行搅拌摩擦焊接试验,研究了搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数对接头组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:焊接接头具有良好的力学性能,在搅拌头转速为400r/min、焊接速度为100mm/min时,7022铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊接头抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达615MPa和533 MPa,均超过了母材;焊接接头的显微硬度略低于母材;断口形貌分析表明,7022铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接件拉伸断裂为韧性断裂.

Abstract:

7022 aluminium alloy with a thickness of 10 mm was welded via the friction stir welding,and the influences of welding parameters on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the welded joint were investigated.The results show that,at a rotating speed of 400 r/min and a welding speed of 100 mm/min,the tensile strength and yield strength of the welded joint of 7022 aluminium alloy reach 615 MPa and 533 MPa,respectively,which are both greater than those of the base material,and that the microhardness of the welded joint is slightly lower than that of the base material.Moreover,it is found from the fracture surface analyses,it is found that the tensile fracture of the welded joint of 7022 aluminium alloy is ductile.
