纳米多晶TiO2的光催化性能

摘要: 以纯锐钛矿型和纯金红石型TiO2为原料,通过超声分散制备复合晶态的TiO2,研究纳米TiO2的晶相组成对光催化性能的影响.通过X射线衍射分析表征晶相组成与晶粒尺寸;以甲苯为目标降解物,采用气相色谱检测复合晶态的TiO2对甲苯的降解效果.结果表明:锐钛矿型TiO2的光催化性能明显地优于金红石型TiO2,但由于协同作用,一定比例的金红石能提高纳米多晶TiO2的光催化性能;当晶相中锐钛矿型与金红石型TiO2的质量比为83∶17时,纳米多晶TiO2具有最佳光催化活性.

Abstract:

Polycrystalline TiO2 was prepared by means of ultrasonic dispersion, with pure anatase and rutile as the raw materials. The effect of crystal phase composition on the photocatalytic activity of the nano-polycrystalline TiO2 was then investigated. In the investigation, XRD was employed to analyze the crystal phase composition and crystal size, and gas chromatography was employed to evaluate the toluene degradation photo-assisted by the nano-polycrystalline TiO2. Experimental results show that, although the photocatalytic activity of the anatase is better than that of the rutile, an appropriate doping of rutile may improve the photocatalytic activity of nano-polycrystalline TiO2 due to the synergistic effect, and that the nano-polycrystalline TiO2 is of the highest photocatalytic activity when the mass ratio of anatase to rutile is 83: 17.
