新建二次纤维造纸企业对区域水环境影响的预测

摘要: 以江西省宜黄县为研究区域,在对区域内二次纤维造纸企业的排污情况做出相应环境评价的基础上,以拟新建的年产10万吨白板纸厂项目为例,将CODCr、BOD5作为监控目标,通过建立预测模型研究废水排放对水环境的影响.结果表明,拟新建二次纤维造纸企业的污水排放对宜黄河区域水环境的影响不大,当地可适当发展二次纤维造纸企业.

Abstract:

On the basis of the wastewater disposal evaluation of secondary-fibre paper mills in Yihuang County, Jiangxi, China, and by taking a planned secondary-fibre paper mill with an annual production of 100000 ton as the example, the effects of wastewater disposal on the water environment are investigated via modeling and forecasting, with CODCr and BODs as the control factors. The results show that secondary-fibre paper mills can be properly construtted in Yihuang because the wastewater disposal of the planned paper mill only slightly affects the regional water environment of the Yihuang River.
