半刚性护栏系统模型冲击实验研究

摘要: 在Instron 92 5 0落锤式冲击试验机的基础上 ,设计和实现了刚性护栏系统 (包括W梁、防阻块和立柱 )的模型实验系统 .通过该实验系统开展了半刚性护栏系统的冲击实验研究 ,得到护栏系统的各部件在冲击条件下的变形特点 .由实验结果计算得到了W梁和防阻块的变形能 ,并考察了它们在冲击过程中对能量吸收的贡献 ,其中W梁的吸收能量约为总吸收能量的 5 0 %~ 6 5 % ,防阻块的吸收能量约为 1 5 %~ 2 5 % .

Abstract: Based on the Instron 9250 dropping hammer impact system, an impact system for the modeling test of highway guardrail system (including W beam, blocks and posts) was designed and implemented. Based on this system, impact experiments of guardrail system were carried out. The dynamic behaviors of the guardrail system under impact were fundamentally acquired and the features of the deformations of each component of the guardrail system were described. The deformation energy of W beam and block was calculated from the experimental results and their contributions to the energy absorption were investigated. lt was found that the energy absorbed by W beam accounted for about 50%~65% of the total absorbed energy and the energy absorbed by blocks accounted for 15%~25%.
