摘要: 轮胎橡胶的最终硫化状态主要由其硫化中经历的温度时间历程所决定‚但在实际生产中其内部点温度是无法实测的.本文对实验和有限元计算数据进行了大量分析‚探寻了内部点温度与表面温度之间的关系;用延时交叉相关的方法确定了硫化过程中内部点温度预测回归公式的参数.这将为轮胎硫化过程的控制提供有益的参考.

Abstract:  The state of vulcanization of the tyre is mainly determined by the temperature-time history.But in real production‚the inner temperature of the tyre is unable to be measured.In this paper‚the author carried out many analyses of both the experiment and FEA data to find out the relationship between inner and surface temperature during vulcanization.Through the method of time-delay cross correlation‚the parameters are determined for the regressive prediction formula‚from which the vulcanization process control will benefit.
