预制安装桥面板 UHPC 接缝的受力性能试验研究

摘要: 近年来,简化预制梁接缝构造、便于工业化建造是预制拼装桥梁技术研究的热 点。采用超高性能混凝土 ( UHPC) 可以大大简化接缝构造,为快速施工提供新的解决 方案。文中针对桥面板接缝开展试验研究,设计了模拟桥面板常用钢筋在 UHPC 接缝中 受力的拉拔试验及以实际工程项目为背景的板接缝构件受弯试验,并结合有限元数值模 拟和理论受力分析,研究钢筋锚固长度、保护层厚度、钢筋横向间距、受力主筋直径 ( d) 以及交界面形式等因素对 UHPC 接缝受力性能的影响和作用机理。最后给出了桥 面板 UHPC 接缝设计的参数建议取值,即交界面建议使用粗糙钻石型界面,保护层厚度 不宜小于 2 d,锚固长度不宜小于 8 d。

Abstract:

Simplifying the joint structure of precast beams so as to facilitate industrial construction has become a hot spot in the research of precast and assembled bridges. Using ultra-high performance concrete ( UHPC) can greatly simplify the joint structure and provide a new solution for rapid construction. In this paper,experimental research on bridge deck joints was carried out. Pull-out tests were designed to simulate the interaction of UHPC and common steel bars in bridge deck. Bending tests on plate joint specimens based on actual engineering projects were also conducted. Based on finite element numerical simulation and theoretical stress analysis,the influence and effecting mechanism of factors,such as embedded length of steel bars,thickness of protective layer,transverse spacing of steel bars,diameter of steel bars ( d) and interface form,on the mechanical properties of UHPC joints were studied. Finally,the recommended values of parameters for UHPC joint design of bridge deck were given. That is, rough diamond interface should be used and the thickness of protective layer should be no less than 2d and the embedding length should be no less than 8d.
