摘要:  为进一步提高环氧化效率,以氯化胆碱为氢键受体,将其与二水草酸以物质的量 比为1∶ 1 制备的低共熔离子液体作为酸性相转移催化剂,并以过氧甲酸为供氧剂,无溶剂 催化大豆油环氧化合成环保型增塑剂. 通过单因素实验探究了反应温度、反应时间及催化 剂、双氧水、甲酸的用量对原料油环氧化率的影响. 在优化条件下制得的产品色泽浅,环氧 化率高达90. 32%,环氧值为6. 85%,产品质量优于国家标准. 且催化剂易与产物分离,并 能循环使用. 傅里叶红外光谱( FTIR) 及核磁共振光谱( 1H NMR) 结果表明原料油中不饱 和双键转化较为完全,环氧化率高,催化剂的选择性好;热分析( TG-DSC) 表明产品环氧大 豆油初始热分解温度为265℃,在高于223℃的温度下才有失重趋势,热稳定性较好.

Abstract:  In order to improve the efficiency of epoxidation,the environmentfriendly plasticizer was synthetized by catalytic epoxidation of soybean oil in solventfree system when deep eutectic ionic liquid was used as the acidic phase transfer catalyst,with choline chloride ( ChCl) being a hydrogen bond acceptor and oxalic acid dihydrate in molar ratio of 1∶ 1 and peroxyformic acid being oxygen supplying agent. The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst,hydrogen peroxide,and formic acid dosage on epoxide yield of raw oil by the single factor experiment were investigated. The product prepared under the optimal conditions had light color with the high epoxide yield of 90. 32% and epoxy value of 6. 85%. The quality of product conformed to Chinese national standard, and the catalyst was easily separated and recycled. The characterization results from Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1H NMR) showed that the conversion of unsaturated double bonds in raw material oil was basically complete with the high epoxide yield and excellent selectivity; thermal analysis ( TG-DSC) proved the prepared epoxidized plasticizer along with the initial decomposition temperature of 265℃ formed the trend to lose its weight until temperature was just above 223℃,respectively,displaying the better thermal stability
