摘要: 基于风电液力传动装置数学模型,分析了主要结构参数对风电机组液力调速系统性能的影响; 根据导叶可调式液力变矩器的数学模型、传动系统的转矩及能量平衡公式
得到了液力调速装置运行时的输入、输出特性,以及整个传动系统的调速范围和效率; 定量分析了结构参数对系统传动效率的影响. 结果表明: 风电机组液力调速系统的调速范围及传递效率与液力传动装置的行星排参数、导叶可调式液力变矩器的循环圆直径有关; 依据风轮输入转速合理地选取风电机组液力调速系统的结构参数,不仅可保证液力调速风电机组的高效运行,还能提高风能利用率,降低风电机组的成本.

Abstract: Firstly,on the basis of the mathematical model of hydrodynamic drive systems applied to wind turbines,the influences of main structural parameters on the performance of hydrodynamic speed regulating system applied to wind turbines are analyzed.Then,the input /output characteristics of hydrodynamic speed regulating system,as well as the speed range and efficiency of the whole system,are determined according to the mathematical model of hydrodynamic torque converter with adjustable guide vanes as well as the torque and energy balance equation of the drive system.Finally,the transmission efficiency of the system at various structural parameters is quantitatively analyzed.The results indicate that both the speed range and the efficiency of hydrodynamic speed regulating system are related to the parameters of planet gears and the effective cycle round diameter of hydrodynamic torque converter with adjustable guide vanes; and that,according to wind turbine s input speed,the structural parameters of hydrodynamic speed regulating system can be reasonably selected,which not only ensures the efficient operation of wind turbines but also improves the utilization rate of wind energy and reduces the cost of wind turbines.
