有源纹波补偿Cuk 型照明LED 恒流驱动电源

Power Supply Driven by Cuk Constant Current with Active Ripple Compensation for LED Headlamp

摘要: 一般大功率照明LED 驱动电源中,输出滤波电解电容的寿命与LED 的长寿命极不匹配. 对此,文中提出了一种有源纹波补偿的Cuk 型LED 驱动电路. 电路中用有源纹波补偿支路替代输出滤波电解电容,抵消电感纹波电流,使LED 灯组获得恒定直流,达到LED 的理想驱动状态. 文中详细阐述了有源纹波补偿的原理和实现电路,分析了有源纹波补偿Cuk 型LED 驱动电路的损耗和效率,设计和制作了输出功率为22W 的滞环电流控制、有源纹波补偿Cuk 型LED 驱动电源,通过仿真和实验验证了该新型电源的可行性.

Abstract: As the lifespan of the output filter's electrolytic capacitor in general lighting LED power supply does not match LED's long lifespan,a LED driving circuit based on Cuk with active ripple compensation is proposed.In this circuit,the active ripple compensation branch is used to replace the output filter's electrolytic capacitor to offset the inductor's ripple current,which provides the LED array with a constant DC and further with ideal driving state.This paper describes the principle and implementation of the active ripple compensation circuit,analyzes the loss and efficiency of LED driving circuit based on the Cuk with active ripple compensation,and designs and fabricates an LED power supply with an output power of 22W based on the Cuk with active ripple compensation and hysteresis current control.Simulated and experimental results indicate that the proposed power supply is feasible.
