多道次偏心旋压的工艺分析与试验研究

摘要: 分析了偏心旋压与传统轴对称普通旋压的区别,利用ANSYS软件对偏心类管件的缩径旋压进行了三维有限元数值模拟,并解决了模拟中的动态边界及摩擦问题.通过模拟得到了变形瞬间接触区工件的应力场分布,工件的网格变化,变形终步毛坯的应力场、应变场分布以及轴向伸长量,并分析了偏心旋压中的一些常见现象及缺陷.模拟结果表明:偏心旋压不同于传统轴对称普通旋压,其成形参数的变化明显呈非轴对称分布;成形机理受旋压方式、偏心距、进给比、旋轮圆角半径、道次下压量以及毛坯壁厚等影响.试验结果表明,工艺参数对轴对称普通旋压的旋压力及成形质量有很大影响.文中最后基于试验结果就不同工艺参数对偏心旋压下旋压力及成形质量的影响进行了讨论、

Abstract:

The difference between the offset spinning and the conventional symmetric spinning is analyzed.The numerical simulation based on a 3 D FEM (Finite Element Method)model is then carried out for the offset tube neck·spinning by using ANSYS,and the dynamic boundary and the frictional contact problems during the simu-lation are also solved.The transient stress distribution in the contact area,the deformed workpiece mesh,the distributions of stress& strain and the axial extension are thus obtained. Moreover.some common phenomena and defects in the offset spinning are analyzed.Simulated results indicate that the offset spinning with obvious non-ax isymmetric form ing parameters is different from the conventional symmetric spinning and the correspon-ding deform ation mechanism is influenced by many parameters such as the spinning style,the offset distance,the feed rate,the roundness radius of the roller,the namely pass reduction and the tube thickness.Experimen-tal results show that form ing parameters greatly influence the spinning force and workpiece quality of the conven-tional symmetric spinning.The influences of various parameters on the spinning force and workpiece quality of the offset spinning are finally discussed based on the experimental results.
